Registration Guidelines

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves. We advise you reserve rooms as early as you can. The conference staff won't require your personal card information for booking service. Please don't trust anyone.

Registration Procedure

Complete your payment via credit card or bank transfer. The payment link is available through the registration link provided in the notification letter. During registration, please upload your final paper and payment proof to the online system.

Payment Confirmation (Email Only): A confirmation email will be issued by the conference secretariat once your payment has been verified.

Official Receipt: Official receipts for registration fees can be collected at the on‑site registration desk during the conference.

Registration Request

Once registration has been fully submitted and payment is received, each participant will obtain a confirmation email from the conference secretary.

At least one author of each accepted paper shall complete registration and submit payment by the published registration deadline.

For participants applying for the student registration rate: a scanned student‑ID copy or a full‑time‑student status verification letter issued by the department head or supervisor of the current affiliated institution must be uploaded. The document must clearly state the current academic year. Postdoctoral researchers are not eligible for student registration. In addition, student‑rate registration is restricted to the first author of the paper.

For multi‑author papers, every author who plans to attend the conference must complete individual registration.

To finalize your registration, please upload the following required documents via the online system: ① final paper; ② signed copyright transfer form; ③ payment proof.

Camera-ready Guidelines for Authors

Please carefully check all submission information in your camera-ready manuscript. All submitted information will be automatically adopted to generate the conference proceedings table of contents, author index, abstract book, and final conference program, and no modifications will be allowed after publication.

• Official student status verification letter on institutional letterhead issued by your university (required only for student‑rate registrations)

Refund Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

• 60 days ahead of the conference: 60% of payment refund
• 30–60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
• Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email.

Safety Tips

Take care of your belongings during the conference. The organizer is NOT responsible for the loss.

Always wear your conference badge all the time. There'll be no access without a badge.

Disclaimer

The conference organizer reserves the right to change the dates, place and format and shall be relieved of any refund or compensation obligations where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to "force majeure". Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, riots, terrorist activity, war, epidemic and all similar situations beyond the organizer's control.

Registration process notification will be sent through official email address. Please do not trust any non-official contacts. If you receive any suspicious call, text message, email or notice any suspicious website, please report to us immediately. The conference organizer accepts no responsibility for any losses caused by unauthorized third party.
