On or before the scheduled date, you will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the paper by the organizing committee through e-mail. Only accepted authors can move on to the next step.
Reflecting the reviewers' comments, you need to create the final version of the paper.
All manuscripts will be subjected to blind peer‑reviewing and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.
The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co‑authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.
Review comments will be communicated to you and you may require to do necessary revisions and send revised paper on or before prescribed day.
Oral presentation papers must be 4–5 pages in length, formatted in double‑column layout according to the official conference template, including all figures, tables, and references. Abstracts and full papers intended for other formal presentation sessions are also welcome.
Authors who only intend to deliver a conference presentation without submitting a full paper shall provide an abstract of no more than 250 words.
All manuscripts must be submitted in PDF format and fully compatible with the English version of Adobe Acrobat. No other file formats, including Postscript, will be accepted. Special characters and non‑standard fonts are prohibited. Submitted files must be fully displayable and printable using standard software and default printer settings. Therefore, authors are strongly advised to embed only standard fonts within the PDF document.
All papers must be printable and fully legible on black‑and‑white printers without color dependence. Figures and graphs should be designed to remain clear and interpretable in grayscale. Applying explicit grayscale settings is recommended to ensure stable black‑and‑white printing quality.
All labels, symbols, and textual elements within figures and graphs must be clearly legible, including tick marks, axis labels, legends, and all related annotations with appropriate font sizes.
All accepted papers scheduled in the final conference program require attendance and presentation by at least one author or an authorized qualified proxy at the conference. Any paper that fails to undergo an official presentation will not be included in the conference proceedings or any other publicly accessible platforms. For poster and demo sessions, a paper will also be deemed non‑presented if the presenter is absent from the poster display area for the majority of the official session duration.
All submitted manuscripts must present original, previously‑unpublished experimental or theoretical research findings. Manuscripts submitted to this conference shall satisfy these criteria and may not be concurrently under review for publication at any other venue. We firmly uphold that ethical behaviour constitutes the most fundamental virtue for researchers. Accordingly, plagiarism represents unacceptable academic misconduct and will not be tolerated. Should an author be found guilty of plagiarism, the following sanctions shall be imposed:
Reject the submitted manuscript or remove the paper from the final publications.
Notify the author’s supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s) of this violation.
Report the misconduct to the relevant academic‑ethics oversight authority and research‑funding agency.
Reserve the right to disclose the plagiarist’s name(s), paper title, affiliated institution(s), and full details of the misconduct.
By submitting a manuscript to AIESC, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer‑reviewed venue with publicly accessible papers, including journals, conferences, workshops, or other peer‑reviewed, archival forums. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another peer‑reviewed conference or workshop with publicly accessible papers during the review period. The authors also attest that they did not submit a substantially similar submission to any other conference. As a rule of thumb, the AIESC submission should contain no more than 20 percent of material from previous publications. Violation of any of these conditions will lead to rejection.
